Fees

Rates have been carefully considered through the comparison of other comparable service providers and professional level of the counselling being offered.

If you have extended health benefits through an insurance plan, it must cover counselling services under "Registered Social Worker". Some Benefit packages will cover a certain number of sessions or a dollar amount. Please consult with your benefit provider with respect to your specific coverage.

Please inquire about reduced rates for veterans and retired members.

E-transfer, credit card, cash, or certified cheque accepted. You will be required to provide a credit card number in the online client portal to secure your session and ensure payment for late cancellations or no shows.

A 24 hour notice of cancellation is required to avoid a charge for the full rate of the session. No shows are subject to full session rate.

Initial Consultation

A free 15 minute consultation is offered to establish if there is a good fit between you and Kelli. This relationship will be paramount to your progress going forward.

Therapy

Kelli Nicholson offers CBT, EMDR and PE for trauma based clients. She also offers a variety of other therapy techniques for First Responders and their family members including DBT, solution focused therapy, and talk therapy.

$130 for 50 min session. This rate will increase to $150 in January 2024

Re-integration

There is no set fee for this service. Rates vary depending on the complexity of needs for each client and employer participation. Re-integration services require a retainer and an initial administrative fee prior to commencement (after the initial consultation).
